Olycale® stone

After 7 years of research and development, the CINIER workshops created Olycale® stone: a natural stone, crushed and then specifically restructured to give off highly efficient warmth.

  • Thermal: outstanding heat accumulation and release (the quality of the radiation/thermal-inertia pairing, which lets the stone "store" and "smooth out" the heat it gives off).

The heating element

The true heart of the system, the heating elements developed by CINIER run either as a hot-water version or an electric version. The heating elements are fully embedded in Olycale® stone thanks to an exclusive technological process. This way they heat the whole surface and mineral mass of the radiator from within.

  • HOT-WATER version (European standard EN 442-2) or ELECTRIC version (CE electrical quality and safety standard).

  • Boosted version: a new option that raises the heating power output by around 40% in either the electric or hot-water version.

Energy savings

A source of energy savings and bespoke comfort, the CINIER control system gives every radiator a balanced, gentle surface temperature for complete safety.

By matching your radiator's power output to your real needs and lowering the room temperature by a few degrees at night or while you are away, the CINIER control system brings you genuine energy savings of 20 to 30%.

For the hot-water version, an Oventrop thermostatic valve, adjustment elbow, fittings and hoses are supplied with the radiator.

Exceptional comfort

Designed and engineered to deliver exceptional heating comfort, CINIER radiators work through thermal inertia and low-temperature radiation.

How are CINIER radiators controlled?

Wireless thermostats.

Electric radiator: The temperature rises quickly (around 10 minutes) and is managed by a simple, precise and effective control system.

As standard, radiators and towel warmers come with a wireless, remote, programmable electronic thermostat (to fix to the wall or place in the bathroom).

As an option, every electric CINIER model can be fitted with a proportional digital electronic thermostat that is very easy to use, so you can control the comfort to the exact degree. The built-in thermostats are hidden at the back of the radiator, either on the right-hand side (standard) or on the left-hand side (if specified when ordering).

As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the thermostat cuts the power. The inertia of the Olycale® stone keeps radiating heat, modulating what has been stored.

Central-heating version: Every CINIER radiator comes as standard with a very discreet thermostatic valve, hidden at the back of the radiator.
