How are Cinier models made?
Every model on offer can be customised in terms of dimensions, colours, finishes, power outputs, energy sources and controls. Each Cinier radiator is made individually and to order to meet every client's expectations perfectly.
The result of real know-how and vast experience, the CINIER Ateliers guarantee exceptional manufacturing quality.
Three steps to a unique creation
- Design and manufacture of the bespoke heating element for each model.
Every heating element is tested and built entirely by hand:
- Electric version: made up of specific heating elements integrated and insulated within a steel sandwich structure. Tested for electromagnetic compatibility and low-voltage electrical safety in line with NF standards and the latest CE directives.
- Water circulation version: heating element made entirely of solid copper, followed by a specific anti-corrosion and anti-expansion process for perfect quietness and reliability. All of it set within a steel sandwich structure.
Pressure resistance test (test pressure of 25 bar for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar).
2. Setting the heating element into the Olycale® stone.
3. Hand shaping and artistic work. The patina and finishes are applied using entirely natural oxides.
From design to finish, each radiator is made to order, entirely by hand, with a constant concern for technical and artistic perfection.
