Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 221-5, 7° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period provided for in 8.1, the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, where applicable, by informing the Seller of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw, by post or electronically, to the address indicated:
- By post to: CINIER RADIATEURS, 2, Rue de Berlin, 34200 SETE
- By email to: info@cinier.com
- Our Workshops can also be reached by telephone: +33 (0)4.67.18.19.53 [standard rate] Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00.
The Products concerned must be returned to the Seller, at the Buyer's expense, within a maximum of fourteen (14) clear days following the sending of their decision to withdraw, to the Seller's postal address as set out in Article 1.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) in a state fit for resale as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Should the Product be depreciated as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, the Buyer may be held liable.
In this respect, the Buyer is expressly informed that the right of withdrawal cannot apply once the Products have been installed, where installation prevents the resale of the Product in its original condition.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions above, the Buyer will be refunded all sums paid, including delivery costs. The cost of returning the Products, however, remains, as stated, the Buyer's responsibility.
The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. This refund date may be deferred by the Seller until the Products are actually recovered.
